i have a new thing to add to my list of despise.

making travel plans.

but nearly 3 hours later, i finally have my flight to RI booked for the MLP Fair in June. I fear my procrastinating nature has cost me money....had I booked a month ago it might be cheaper....and actually might have been easier to round up a flight. I am going to Texas before going to RI...talk about backtracking - HA! But the extra $100 and slightly longer Huston layover was worth not having to get up at 3 am to drive 2 hours to New Orleans for a 6 am flight ....yup...totally worth it IMO.

Anyway, I'm booked, and by end of day Nightglider will be booked, and with luck we will be arriving in RI and departing from at similar times so the trek to the hotel will be with loved ones :D

and in other "yay!" news; I finally found the UK box set of the Harry Potter books for a decent price -- so SCORE!

And we took Sabrina to the beach for the fist time this weekend -- soooo cute!
It was windy and cold, but it was so nice and clear!! and being that it was cold, no one was there (except the diehard fisherman)
So, all bundled up we wend out to Dauphin Island. She was so unsure of the waves at fist, and the rock climbing was a little rough at first. But by the end of it she was racing down the beach and chasing/ biting at the waves as they came in and out - lol - it was hilarious!

AND while we where there; there was a pod of dolphins just off the shore, and we where standing there watching them. One came within feet of us! It was sooo cool!!! I had never been that close to Dolphins that weren't at Marine World :P
